


Summer BBQ Hodgepodge of Flavours


* Prepare food items before grilling.

Score the smokies with a knife
-
Remove husks from corn cobs & brush lightly with oil & spices
-
Scrub the potatoes well & cut in slices & toss lightly in oil with spices

Boil the perogies till done
-
Cut up bell peppers in strips
-
Heat up the grill to medium around 350 C.
-
Place scored smokies on BBQ & grill for about 12 -15 minutes while turning every few minutes to ensure even cooking.

Grill corn cobs over medium heat till corn is tender
-
Grill potatoes over medium heat either on foil or vegetable BBQ tray

Once perogies are boiled place on foil on BBQ to heat and grill.

Toss red & yellow bell peppers on smokies when done.
