Ingredients
4 Smokies any flavour
4 Corn Cobs
4 Medium Size potatoes
Dozen frozen perogies
Red & Yellow Bell Peppers
Oil
Spices, salt, pepper, seasoned salt
Directions

* Prepare food items before grilling.

  1. Score the smokies with a knife

  2. Remove husks from corn cobs & brush lightly with oil & spices

  3. Scrub the potatoes well & cut in slices & toss lightly in oil with spices

  4. Boil the perogies till done

  5. Cut up bell peppers in strips

  6. Heat up the grill to medium around 350 C.

  7. Place scored smokies on BBQ & grill for about 12 -15 minutes while turning every few minutes to ensure even cooking.

  8. Grill corn cobs over medium heat till corn is tender

  9. Grill potatoes over medium heat either on foil or vegetable BBQ tray

  10. Once perogies are boiled place on foil on BBQ to heat and grill.

  11. Toss red & yellow bell peppers on smokies when done.
