Ingredients
1 cup Western Family plain yogurt⁠
6 cloves garlic, minced⁠
1 1/2 tbsp Western Family paprika⁠
1 tsp Western Family cayenne⁠ pepper
1 tbsp ginger, minced⁠
1 tbsp garam masala⁠
1 tbsp kosher salt⁠
3 lbs chicken wings⁠
Directions
  1. Whisk together all ingredients except for chicken in a large bowl.
  2. Add chicken and rub the marinade all over to coat, gently working it under the skin of each drumstick.
  3. Let stand, covered, 1 hour at room temperature, or for up to 24 hours refrigerated.⁠ ⁠
  4. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Oil a wire cooling rack and place on top of a baking sheet.
  5. Arrange chicken on rack and bake for about 40 minutes, flipping once, until cooked through and charred in spots.⁠
