Ingredients
1 medium sized onion
2 garlic cloves
150g Western Family Black Beans
150g canned red kidney beans
150g canned fava beans
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 jar Sherni's Vegetable Curry Sauce
Parsley to garnish
Western Family Medium Grain Rice
Directions
- Soak Western Family Black Beans for 24 - 48 hr in water.
- Use a rice cooker and cook Western Family Medium Grain Rice. While waiting for the rice, start with the three bean curry.
- Dice the onion into small pieces.
- In an oiled pan, sauté onion and garlic until aroma appears. Add in all three beans.
- Pour in 1 jar Sherni's Vegetable Curry Sauce Mix and simmer for 35 min on medium-low heat.
- Serve with Western Family Medium Grain Rice.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and enjoy!
