Ingredients
1 medium sized onion
2 garlic cloves
150g Western Family Black Beans
150g canned red kidney beans
150g canned fava beans
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 jar Sherni's Vegetable Curry Sauce
Parsley to garnish
Western Family Medium Grain Rice
Directions
  1. Soak Western Family Black Beans for 24 - 48 hr in water.
  2. Use a rice cooker and cook Western Family Medium Grain Rice. While waiting for the rice, start with the three bean curry.
  3. Dice the onion into small pieces.
  4. In an oiled pan, sauté onion and garlic until aroma appears. Add in all three beans.
  5. Pour in 1 jar Sherni's Vegetable Curry Sauce Mix and simmer for 35 min on medium-low heat.
  6.  Serve with Western Family Medium Grain Rice.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and enjoy!
