Ingredients
1/2 cup vegan yogurt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tbsp oil

2 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp chaat masala

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp kasuri methi, crushed
2 tbsp lemon juice

300g tofu cut into big cubes

1 large onion cut into 1 inch cubes

bell pepper cut into 1 inch cubes
Directions
  1. In a large bowl mix together vegan yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, salt, lemon juice and oil.
  2. Add tofu, onion and bell pepper. Coat them with masala paste. Cover and marinate for 1-2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  4. Put marinated tofu, onion and bell peppers in skewers.
  5. Cook for 10-12 mins. For more charred tikka broil at 450 for another 5 mins.
  6. Serve with onions and lemon.
