Ingredients
1 ½ cups Western Family toasted oats cereal
½ cup Western Family old fashioned oats
¼ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
½ tablespoon chia seeds
½ cup Western Family smooth almond butter or seed-butter (nut-free option)
½ cup Western Family liquid honey
1 teaspoon Western Family pure Madagascar vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
Directions

1.    Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.

2.    Place Western Family toasted oats cereal, Western Family old fashioned oats, coconut flakes, dried cranberries, pepitas, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds in a large bowl and stir to combine.

3.    In a small saucepan, whisk together Western Family smooth almond butter or seed-butter and Western Family liquid honey over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture is completely smooth. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and sea salt.

4.    Pour the warm mixture over the cereal mixture and gently toss to coat everything.

5.    Immediately pour the mixture into the lined pan and press the mixture down firmly with your hands.

6.    Place the bars into the freezer for 30 minutes to set. Remove from freezer and cut into bars or squares.

7.    The cereal bars will last one week in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
