Description

Organic riesling is at the heart of the third release of this charmat blend of 86/14 riesling/pinot blanc. It gets several weeks of lees contact in tank and is finished with a bump of residual sugar. There is excellent acid to help counterbalance the sugar, leaving the wine bright and refreshing with grapefruit and candied citrus. Enjoy this one with take-out Thai or Chinese on the patio.Tasted: 13 May 2023
