Ingredients
1 250 g pkg Western Family Cream Cheese Brick, softened
1 stalk of Celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup (60 ml) Sriracha hot sauce
Rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 cup (250 ml) Cheddar cheese, shredded
Tortilla chips, crackers, carrot and celery sticks, bread for serving
Directions

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F (218C)
  2. In a medium saucepan over moderate heat, melt the cream cheese until smooth, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the Parmesan, celery, sriracha and chicken and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie plate and sprinkle the crumbled cheddar cheese on top. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, bread, carrot and celery sticks.

 

Hint: You can use light cream cheese in place of the regular cream cheese.
