Old Dutch Jalapeño & Cheddar Chip Cheese Ball

Ingredients
½ cup bacon, finely chopped
2 cups finely grated extra-sharp cheddar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2 scallions, thinly sliced
4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt
½ cup Old Dutch Bar-B-Q Potato Chips
2 tbsp black sesame seeds
½ cup Dutch Crunch Jalapeño and Cheddar Kettle Chips
2 tbsp dried jalapeños
Directions
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 5-8 minutes or until crisp.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain and cool.
- Process butter, cheddar, and cream cheese in a food processor until smooth. Pulse in scallions, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, then season bacon with salt.
- Divide in two. Scrape 1st mixture into plastic wrap–lined bowl; gather plastic around cheese and shape into a ball. Chill until firm for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Cover with Old Dutch Bar-B-Q potato chips and black sesame seeds. Repeat for the other half of the mixture, covering instead with Dutch Crunch Jalapeño & Cheddar Kettle Chips and dried jalapeños.
