Ingredients
2 cups Dairyland 2% Cottage Cheese
1 cup Western Family Frozen Cultivated Blueberries
1/4 cup Western Family Pure Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Leanfit Whey Protein Vanilla Bean Powder
Directions

 Blender Directions:

1. In a blender, blend together cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries, maple syrup, and protein powder.

2. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, pour into a container (I used a metal loaf pan), and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

3. Allow to sit on counter for at least 10 minutes to thaw, then scoop and enjoy!

Ninja Creami Directions:

4. Pour into the pint cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries, maple syrup, and protein powder. Place storage lid on top and freeze for 24 hours.

5. Replace lid with processing lid, attach to the base and select “Ice Cream”.

6. When finished, removed the pint and lid. With a spoon create a 1 1/2 inch wide hole that reaches the bottom of the pint. Add the remaining 1/2 cup frozen blueberries into the hole and process again using the “Mix-In” Program. Remove and enjoy!
