


Blueberry Lime Jam


Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- Juice of ½ a lime
- 1 tbsp lime zest
Directions
Add the blueberries, sugar, lime juice, and lime zest to a small saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries have broken down.
Transfer the jam to a clean jar and allow it to cool completely at room temperature.
Refrigerate until chilled. The jam may look a little runny at first, but it will thicken beautifully as it cools.
