Ingredients
1 wheel Camembert cheese
16 pretzel sticks (for tree trunks)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1–2 tablespoons orange juice (for soaking cranberries)
1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
2 tbsp cashew nuts
Directions

1.    Soak the dried cranberries in orange juice for 5 to 10 minutes, then drain.

2.    Finely chop the soaked cranberries, rosemary, and cashew nuts until the pieces are very small.

3.    Cut the Camembert wheel into 8 even triangles, then cut each triangle in half to make 16 trees.

4.    Gently insert a pretzel stick into the bottom of each cheese wedge as the tree trunk,” taking care not to break the pretzel.

5.    Pour the honey onto a shallow plate and dip one side of each cheese wedge into the honey.

6.    Press the honey-coated side of each wedge into the chopped cranberry-rosemary-cashew mixture, making sure it sticks evenly to create a festive tree” look.

Tips

       If your topping pieces are too large, they may not stick properly.

       Try other toppings like pomegranate seeds, parsley, or finely chopped nuts for variety.
