Christmas Cocoa Surprise

Ingredients
2 tbsp Western Family Hot Chocolate
Western Family marshmallows
1 1/2 tsp Western Family cinnamon
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups Western Family milk chocolate chips
Silicone mold or small paper cups
Popsicle sticks
Directions
- In a small pot over medium heat, add heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, WF hot chocolate, and cinnamon.
- Mix well and continue mixing until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over chocolate chips.
- Mix well until all combined.
- Using a silicone mold or small paper cups, fill with chocolate batter.
- Place popsicle sticks in the centre and chill to set.
- Once set, poke a marshmallow through the popsicle stick to sit a top chocolate cup.
- Place into hot milk and stir to create a delicious hot chocolate.
- Enjoy!
