Easy Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients
1 Western Family deep dish pie crust
1 cup cooked and crumbled Western Family Tuscan Style Pork Sausage Meat
1 cup Western Family shredded cheddar cheese
6 large Western Family brown eggs
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 cup of chopped spinach
1 red bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup chopped crimini mushroom
1 cup milk
Salt

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place pie shell in pie dish
- Spread the cooked and crumbled pork chub evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add in the shredded cheese and chopped veggies and pork chub.
- Pour the mixture in the pie crust. Any leftover egg mixture can be used in an omelette!
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
