Ingredients
1 Western Family deep dish pie crust
1 cup cooked and crumbled Western Family Tuscan Style Pork Sausage Meat
1 cup Western Family shredded cheddar cheese
6 large Western Family brown eggs
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 cup of chopped spinach
1 red bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup chopped crimini mushroom
1 cup milk
Salt
Pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place pie shell in pie dish
  3. Spread the cooked and crumbled pork chub evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add in the shredded cheese and chopped veggies and pork chub.
  6. Pour the mixture in the pie crust. Any leftover egg mixture can be used in an omelette!
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
