


Mandarin Chicken Pizza


Marinade:
¼ cup Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Honey
½ cup Western Family Orange Juice
2 Garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon grated Ginger
Step 1: Chop the chicken into cubes. Marinate the chicken with the marinade. 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of Western Family orange juice, 2 garlic cloves minced, 1 teaspoon of graded ginger. Marinate for at least 30 min.
Step 2: Cooking the chicken. In a cast iron over medium heat sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown. Add mandarin oranges to the dish. Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 3: Grab the pizza shells, use the sauce from the pan and make it into a sauce by adding 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water. Spread sauce on top of the flat bread, top it with chopped chicken, mandarin oranges, shredded carrots, green onions, chopped red peppers and cheese. Place under broiler for 3-5 min until cheese is melted and bubbly, top with roasted sesame.
