Ingredients
1 (150g) Boursin Basil & Chive Cheese
1 ½ cup Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese
1 (250g) Western Family Light Cream Cheese Brick
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1-2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley + extra leaves
½ tsp. fresh lemon zest
1 tsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning
Black pepper to taste
Western Family Fig, Black Pepper and Vanilla Signature crackers
Directions
  1. To a large bowl, add Boursin, cream cheese, green onions, chopped parsley, lemon zest, bagel seasoning and black pepper. Mix to combine
  2. When smooth, separate mixture into approximately 12 portions. Roll and flatten to create a carrot shape. Place cheese balls on a lined baking tray
  3. Add cheddar cheese over top each cheese ball to coat
  4. Stick the tops of each cheese ball with a small bunch of parsley to resemble carrot leaves (to be eaten with the cheese ball when serving)
  5. Chill cheese balls in the fridge, about 20 minutes prior to serving
  6. Serve with Western Family Fig, Black Pepper and Vanilla Signature crackers for the perfect finish.
