Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¾ cup brewed Only Goodness Organic Coffee (chilled)
  • ¼ cup Barista oat milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (your favourite kind)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen banana, chilled coffee, oat milk, peanut butter, maple syrup (if using), and protein powder to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
