1 cup oat milk (or preferred milk)
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1-2 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Coconut whipped cream (for topping)
Pinch of cinnamon (for topping)
Directions
- Prepare 2 shots of Only Goodness espresso.
- To a mug, add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Steam or your milk or warm in a pan over medium-low heat and add to the mug.
- Top with the espresso shots.
- Froth the mixture using a milk frother for a nice foam topping.
- Add coconut whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon for the perfect at-home pumpkin spice latte!
