Ingredients
2slices soft, thickly sliced sandwich bread
5ml 1 tsp mustard
9 Bick’s® Yum Yum® Sweet Pickles
1 oz Serrano Ham or Prosciutto
1 oz sliced Manchego Cheese or mozzarella
10ml 2 tsp butter
Directions

Ingredients

  • 2slices soft, thickly sliced sandwich bread
  • 5ml 1 tsp mustard

  • 9 Bick’s® Yum Yum® Sweet Pickles

  • 1 oz Serrano Ham or Prosciutto

  • 1 oz sliced Manchego Cheese or mozzarella

  • 10ml 2 tsp butter

 

Directions

  1. Preheat Panini grill or frying pan to high.

  2. Spread 1 slice of bread with mustard, top with pickles, ham, and cheese.

  3. Cover with remaining slice of bread.

  4. Spread top outside slice with ½ of butter.

  5. Place butter side down in hot grill or frying pan and carefully spread butter on remaining side of bread.

  6. Grill or cook (and press down) 1-2 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Cut into triangles and garnish with cocktail onions and gherkins.
