Smoked Gouda and Bacon Stuffed Baguette

Ingredients
1 Taylor Farms Mini Chopped Kit
1 Western Family Garlic Baguette
4 slices of Campfire Bacon cooked and chopped
1 pack of Smoked Gouda cheese, grated
1/4 teaspoon Club House Organic Black Pepper
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Cook the Campfire Bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy
- Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop the bacon into small pieces.
- Meanwhile, prepare the Taylor Farms Mini Chopped Kit according to the package instructions.
- Combine the chopped bacon, grated Smoked Gouda cheese, and the prepared Taylor Farms Mini Chopped Kit vegetables in a mixing bowl.
- Mix well to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Season the filling mixture with 1/4 teaspoon of Club House Organic Black Pepper and mix again.
- Spoon the bacon, cheese, and vegetable mixture into the baguette, pressing down gently to fill them completely.
- Place the stuffed baguette on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
