Ingredients
4 pieces of chicken (can be any type)
½ cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons paprika
1 ½ tablespoons ground black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and coat your chicken generously.

  2. You can choose to bake, grill, or air fry this until cooked thoroughly.

  3. Sweet potato & Brussels sprouts medley includes sweet potatoes (cut into chunks), brussels sprouts (halved), and sliced red onion cooked in olive oil and spices (thyme, garlic, salt, pepper).

  4. Once cooked, it's topped with dried cranberries, candied pecans or walnuts and a honey & balsamic vinegar glaze.

  5. This mixed green salad can include your choice of lettuce (I like a mix of butter head, romaine, and arugula) topped with sunflower seeds, cranberries, edamame, tomatoes, red beets, carrots and feta.
